Quinton & I scored ourselves a proper buggy, AKA a stroller, today after dropping Elliot off for school. This is one thing Europeans definitely do better - all of the strollers are sleek, strong, light and glide along with the push of your little finger. They opened the box right there for me in the store, and we set it up and left with Quinton riding. Freedom to relax again! I was actually able to enjoy the sights and shops on our way home, stopping for fresh sweet corn at a market stand, in place of negotiating with Q on how much he has to walk vs. me carrying him. I was so excited I walked us the whole way home in place of taking the bus for part of it. An act that has resulted in me now not needing the run I was going to take tonight.
